The Supervisors of the Checklist for the Town of Lempster, NH will be in session on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 from 7:00pm to 7:30pm at the Town Office, 856 U.S. Route 10.   This session, in accordance with New Hampshire voting statutes RSA654:27,28, provides an opportunity for town voters to make any changes to their voting information prior to the next election day.


The Lempster Board of Selectmen are seeking sealed bids for the following parcel of land taken by tax collector’s deed.

The parcel is land referred to as Map 000222 Lot 034000.000000. The land has frontage on Hillside Drive. This is a private road, not town maintained. The land contains 5.05 acres +or -.

The property is to be sold “AS IS WHERE IS”. The deadline for bids is August 28, 2018 at 4:00 PM. Sealed bids may be either mailed to the Board of Selectmen, PO Box 33, Lempster, NH 03605 and clearly marked “Land Sale” on the outside envelope or left at the Selectmen’s Office, 856 Rte. 10, Lempster NH between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM on Tuesdays or Wednesdays and between the hours of 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM on Fridays. The Selectmen require that the successful bidder provide the town with a deposit of 10% of the total bid upon acceptance of the bid, the balance to be paid by certified check or bank treasurers check within 30 days of acceptance of the bid. The successful bidder will receive a deed without covenants to the property upon payment of the balance. Please call the Town Office for further information at 863-2698. The Board of Selectmen reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

Town of Lempster Invitation to Bid

The Town of Lempster, NH is seeking sealed bids for the roadside mowing of approximately 42 miles of roads and a field owned by the Town. The mowing and insurance requirements are available at the town office (and through this link). Please mark the envelope, “ROADSIDE MOWING’. All bids must be received by the Board of Selectmen’s Office located at 856 Route 10, Lempster, NH 03065 by no later than Tuesday, August 14, 2018 by 4:00 pm. The Town of Lempster reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
